2017-22 F Series COMPLETE AC VENT SYSTEM For 1992-97 F Series Interior Swap

As with any truck, the HVAC system can be quite complicated. Making one from scratch is even MORE difficult, especially being restricted by certain dimensions and adapting an older system to a newer system. This kit resolves any guess work when it comes to making the system functional and work properly!

A common complaint when completing the dash swap on these trucks was the AC vent performance. The reason behind this is poor airflow, and duct designs.

The blower motor in your car can only produce so much airflow at a set air pressure. Every fan has a fan curve on how much air it can flow, so reducing the air pressure would result in more air being moved to where you want it to be, the AC ducts and vents.

A properly functioning AC duct system should be air tight from its outside environment to optimize efficiency. 

If you close a vent, it should actually close the airflow going to that vent, and divert it else ware.

This all in one kit provides all of the components necessary to be able to make your HVAC system function properly with the newer dashboard swap. 

We spent months developing this design and experimented with multiple hose diameters and settled on 2.5in on the vent tubing size. It is as close to the factory tubing size as possible, and provides as good, or better airflow out of the vents on the dashboard.
